Enquiries and personal discussions

Privacy
notice.

Who is responsible for your data?

Data controller: Finera Group Kft. · info@fineragroup.com · +36 30 773 9425. You can also send requests about your personal data to this email address.

How do we use enquiry details?

We use the name, contact details and content you provide by email, phone or through the discussion request form to respond, discuss your enquiry and, if you request it, prepare commissioned work or a contract. Please do not send identity documents, bank account details or sensitive information unnecessary for an initial discussion.

The legal basis for steps taken at your request before entering a contract is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. General business enquiries and business contact details are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business contact under Article 6(1)(f). You can object to this processing.

Discussion request form and earlier enquiries

The form emails your name, email address, selected discussion topic and optional phone number and notes to Finera’s contact person. Name, email and confirmation that you have read this notice are required; you can leave the topic for discussion. We do not ask for a capital amount, income details or investment instructions. The updated endpoint rejects submissions from the old capital-application form.

The email also contains submission time, a reference number, language, page path, notice version and confirmation that you have read the notice. A recognised general source category (direct, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or referral) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding enquiry sources, not as verified campaign attribution. No full URL, referrer or advertising click identifier is sent. Earlier enquiries may contain contact details, a participation type, a capital range or site information, a time horizon, notes and submission or consent records. They remain subject to their original purpose and the retention periods below. This website update creates no new marketing consent, and this website collects no new subscriptions.

Campaign source attached to an enquiry – separately optional

If you arrive through a group-specific campaign link, a separate, initially unchecked box lets you attach the campaign and group-link labels to your enquiry email. This consent is independent of website measurement, is not required to contact us and is not a marketing subscription. Its purpose is to understand which placements generate enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The label identifies the link, not verified group membership.

We also record the separate consent, its wording version and the enquiry time. Campaign labels linked to an enquiry are retained for no longer than 90 days or until earlier withdrawal at info@fineragroup.com, without affecting prior lawful processing. Removal or anonymisation in email requires manual handling; the rest of the enquiry follows the retention rules below.

Retention and withdrawal of earlier consent

Closed enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than 12 months after closure. Contact details and preferences previously provided with separate consent for future project contact remain subject to withdrawal or a maximum of 24 months without renewed consent. That consent is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and can be withdrawn at the email address above, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contract information is retained as needed for performance and mandatory legal and accounting requirements. Information necessary for legal claims may be retained until the relevant proceedings are concluded.

Who can access your data?

Finera’s designated contacts and, to the extent needed, hosting, email and IT providers. The info@fineragroup.com mailbox is hosted by Namecheap. Enquiries are handled by email and phone, with no automatic CRM connection. Enquiry details are not stored in the website’s public directory.

Hosting security logs may contain access data. Temporary counters linked to a one-way network-address hash limit unwanted submissions without storing form contents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in service security. Form data is not saved to persistent browser storage.

International provider operations may involve access from outside the EEA. For provider information, see the Namecheap privacy policy. You can request details of Finera’s data transfer safeguards at the contact address above.

What are your rights?

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@fineragroup.com.

You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and seek a judicial remedy. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.

Optional aggregate website measurement

We count events on our own Namecheap hosting only after you choose “Allow measurement”. Measurement is off by default. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control opt-outs. You can change your choice at any time using “Measurement settings” in the footer.

We count page views, discussion-request clicks, form starts, sending errors or successful forwarding, overview downloads and phone/email clicks. Only predefined event, page type, language, a general role label, source channel, campaign and group-link label are sent. These are shared public labels, not visitor identifiers; a forwarded link retains its original label. Labels are preserved only in same-site page links, not stored in cookies or browser storage. Discussion topics and form data are not included in measurement. No name, email, phone number, form content, full URL, referrer, advertising click ID or visitor ID is included. The counter stores no IP addresses or exact event timestamps; hosting security logs are separate.

Your browser remembers the permission state and its expiry in local storage for up to 180 days. Daily aggregate files remain outside the public web directory for up to 90 days; older files are removed on the next accepted measurement request. No external analytics or advertising platform receives these counts. Measurement is based on your optional consent; declining does not prevent an enquiry. These are event counts from consenting visitors, not unique visitor, total traffic, contract or verified campaign figures.

Cookies and automated decisions

This website does not set marketing or unique visitor ID cookies and has no external advertising pixel. Optional aggregate measurement is described above. Enquiries are handled by people; there are no automated qualification or profiling-based decisions.
